The operator will always speak with the customer before using extra equipment and adding it to the bill

Please make sure the vehicle needing service is accessible. This fee will be applied if our operator has to wait in order to begin loading the vehicle

If your vehicle is in a dangerous situation and you fear for your life or general safety, please call 911 first

Let us know if you would like an unattended tow, or will need a ride to the dropoff location

If you're not on a highway, we need the address or cross streets.

If you are on a highway, we need the highway name and direction you were going as well as the nearest street exit

If it's going to a mechanic shop, we need the name and address.

If it's going to a house, we need the address and the phone number of a person that will be there when we arrive
